Nature of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between the 75bb platform ("Site") and any user ("User") of all its services. By accessing or using this Site you are considered to have voluntarily accepted these Terms.

• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

Withdrawal Terms

The following rules must be followed when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

Welcome Bonus Terms

The 75bb welcome bonus is up to 200% of the first deposit, with a maximum of ৳15,000. The following terms apply to receiving and withdrawing this bonus:

• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount must be wagered.
• Winnings earned with bonus balance are withdrawable, but only after the wagering requirement is completed.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time limit after claiming the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the account and deposited funds may be forfeited.

VIP and Other Promotions

The 75bb VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The benefits and cashback rates differ for each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.2% cashback per week.

The criteria for VIP tier advancement are set by 75bb and may change at any time. All promotional offers have their own specific terms and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

General Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to gaming and betting on the 75bb platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer — 75bb does not interfere with these outcomes.
• Once a round is completed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error, 75bb may decide to refund the bet for that round or offer the opportunity to replay it.
• The rules of any given game are set by the relevant game provider, and 75bb follows those rules.

Betting Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises over a betting or gaming outcome, the user must contact the 75bb support team within 72 hours. 75bb's decision will be considered final, though it will be reached on the basis of an impartial investigation.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on 75bb and will result in immediate account closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Bonus fraud — opening multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Exploiting technical errors in games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Hacking, DDoS attacks, or other cyberattacks against 75bb.
• Using third-party payment methods or stolen cards.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.

Reasons for Account Suspension

75bb may temporarily suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If identity verification has not been completed.
• If suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• During the investigation of a complaint.

Reasons for Permanent Account Closure

An account will be permanently closed in the following cases:

• If involvement in prohibited activities listed in Section 7 is proven.
• If it is proven that the account was opened using false information.
• If the account is identified as belonging to a person under the age of 21.
• If these terms and conditions are repeatedly violated.

After account closure, any valid balance (that is, any balance not forfeited as a result of a policy violation) will be returned to the user, subject to completion of the applicable verification process.

Self-Exclusion

If any user feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, they can activate self-exclusion at any time by contacting the 75bb support team. The duration of self-exclusion can be set by the user themselves.

All content on the 75bb platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is owned by 75bb or its licensors. Reusing, reprinting, distributing, or modifying this content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer of Liability

75bb will not bear any responsibility in the following cases:
